Breakfast at My hotel in Accra, Ghana
When you travel, most hotels will have a mixture of cuisine, both local and international. I usually like to go to the ‘local’ section, so I can eat like the locals do. Now, while I am usually ok, there has been a few times that my stomach could not handle the food and I was laid out on the bathroom floor throwing up. Do NOT have and drinks, water, etc, that is made with local water and not bottled water. Try the local fare, but make sure it is food that is fully cooked.
So back to my breakfast, there was a lot of food to choose from, and while some were on the heavier side than I am used to for breakfast, like pasta, but all was tasty.
